The BIO-Asia Partnering Conference 2008 will be held at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo.

Attendees of BIO-Asia 2008 will be receiving a special room rate at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, not available to the general public.  Attendees may only receive the reduced rate by registering for BIO-Asia and referencing the BIO-Asia 2008 conference code G-ABIA when reserving a room.  The BIO-Asia room block is directly connected to the BIO-Asia registration list, therefore to retain the discounted rate for the room, guests must also be registered to attend BIO-Asia.  If you have a room reserved in the BIO-Asia room block, but have not yet registered for BIO-Asia, you will be notified and your room will be changed to the regular hotel pricing.

• ONLINE RESERVATION :  Please access the Grand Hyatt Tokyo website at http://tokyo.grand.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp and go to "Find Rooms & Rates".  Please choose the dates you are requesting.  Please reference the code G-ABIA in the Group/Corporate # box.  Click on "Check Availability".  The rates shown are in Japanese Yen and are inclusive of service charge and consumption tax.  It does not include an occupancy tax of JPY 200 per person daily.

Group special rates are available for the nights of January 26 - 30, 2008 only.  To book extended nights, please obtain the confirmation number within the above dates, then contact Grand Hyatt Tokyo Reservation desk at reservation@tyogh.com. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiration date or the Grand Hyatt Tokyo will not confirm the reservation.  Reservations are subject to room availability.  Rooms are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible, but no later than close of business USA time on January 11, 2008; however, we cannot guarantee room availability at any time.  Notice of cancellation must be received no later than 15:00 (Japan time) SEVEN (7) days before arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty equivalent to one room night's charge.
