Partnering Deadlines
Below is a list of important tasks and deadlines for the online BIO-Asia Partnering System. Please complete each task outlined in red by close of business Eastern Standard Time.
November 12 –Phase I of Partnering System is launched. Registrants can begin to edit their company profile. The company profile must be complete in order to schedule meetings.
December 14 – Deadline for completion of “Company Profile". Edits made after this time to the profile will not be included in the conference handbook.
* Deadline Update - December 21 – Phase II of the Partnering system is launched. Attendees can request and “agree to” meetings through the online system.
January 11 - Deadline to complete first round of meeting requests.
January 18 - Preliminary partnering schedule available on the web site.
January 15-21- Request more appointments on the BIO-Asia web site.
January 21 - Last day to request meetings prior to the conference using the online BIO-Asia Partnering System.
January 23 - Final pre-conference partnering meeting schedule is available on the web site.
January 27 - Additional requests can be submitted/accepted onsite in Tokyo at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo during the Welcome Reception.
January 28-29- Additional requests can be submitted/accepted onsite in Tokyo at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo during BIO-Asia. Meetings will take place in private meeting space at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel. Pick up your conference badge at the Welcoming Reception on January 28 at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
