Participants of the BIO Asia Partnering Conference 2009 are required to pay a registration fee.

*After registering the first individual at the full conference rate, your company is eligible for the additional attendee rate. Please send an e-mail to bioasia@bio.org to request a unique registration code number for each additional individual from your company. BIO will e-mail a unique registration code number for each additional individual to register via the Web form only.
BIO is unable to provide any visa/passport/identification verification documentation for BIO-Asia attendees. You must have a valid passport and or valid visa documentation, in order to enter Japan.
Venture capital firms can register for BIO-Asia at a special VC rate. Please contact bioasia@bio.org for details.
Registration Policy:
- Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons (space available), and receptions. Everyone must be registered and wear their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before January 5, 2009, (5:00 pm Central Time) to receive a refund. A $350 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellations received on or before January 5, 2009. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received after January 5, 2009, will NOT be honored. Email cancellations requests to bioasia@bio.org
- Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another individual or make changes by sending your request to bioasia@bio.org , no later than January 5, 2009. Substitutions or changes after January 5, 2009, will be handled onsite.
- A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
- Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before January 20, 2009, to receive the BIO Member Rate.
