Housing for the 2009 BIO-Asia Partnering Conference is now open. To receive the discounted occupancy rate please mention that you are attending BIO-Asia when securing accommodations. All hotel reservations must be received by 5:00 PM (USA Time) January 2, 2009, to receive the discounted rate. Group special rates are available for the nights of January 17 - 21, 2009 only.

Reservations
The BIO-Asia room block is directly connected to the BIO-Asia registration list; therefore, to retain the discounted rate for the room, guests must also be registered to attend BIO-Asia. If you have a room reserved in the BIO-Asia room block, but have not yet registered for BIO-Asia, you will be notified and your room will be changed to the regular hotel pricing.

To make a reservation, please use one of the following options:

• Internet - Book your hotel reservation online using the group/corporate# G-ABAP. Once you have entered the group/corporate# click "check availability".
• Fax - When paying by credit card, you may fax a completed hotel reservation form, one copy per room, to: Reservations Department at +81-3-4333-8885

Extended Stay
Attendees who would like to extend their stay in Tokyo must contact the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Reservation desk at reservation@tyogh.com to book extended dates outside of January 17 - 21, 2009.

Confirmations
The Grand Hyatt Tokyo cannot guarantee room availability. Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail, please contact the Grand Hyatt Tokyo reservations office at reservation@tyogh.com.

Deadline/room rates/taxes
To take advantage of the special BIO-Asia rate, be sure to book your reservation by 5:00 PM (USA time) January 2, 2009. After this date, the hotel may offer rooms at a regular (or higher) rate based upon space availability.

All rates are quoted in JPY (Japanese Yen) and are per room, per night. All rates are subject to 10% service charge, 5% consumption tax and 200 JPY accommodation tax per person.

Reservation Modification/Cancellation Fees
Reservations can be modified through the web, via e-mail (reservation@tyogh.com) or by faxing the reservation form with the amendment box checked and all subsequent information properly filled in. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo will enforce a SEVEN (7) DAYS cancellation policy prior to arrival.

• Reservations secured by credit card may be modified and/or cancelled without penalty up to 2:00 PM (Japan Time) SEVEN DAYS prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled within SEVEN DAYS prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night's room and tax.
