Narita International Airport to Grand Hyatt Tokyo

There are three travel options from the airport to the Grand Hyatt Tokyo: bus, train or taxicab:
By Airport Limousine Bus
Upon exiting customs you will see a counter and sign directly in front you called "Airport Limousine Bus". Please tell the attendant that you wish to purchase an airport limousine bus ticket (¥3,000/US$25 one way) for Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be listed as part of "Akasaka" destination. The attendant will then inform you which bus terminal number to proceed to immediately located outside the arrival hall. Please wait at the assigned bus terminal and provide the attendant with your ticket and luggage. The attendant will provide you with luggage claim tickets and your luggage will be stored in the bus compartment and be taken off upon arrival at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The approximate time from Narita International Airport to Grand Hyatt Tokyo is 2 - 2.5 hours. Please note that the airport limousine bus may make prior stops at other hotels before arriving at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The following is the airport limousine bus schedule from Narita International Airport. Please note that times of departure are subject to change.

By Narita Express Train and Taxi
Upon exiting customs please follow the signs to "JR Lines / Narita Express". You will need to take the escalator down one level. After the escalator, continue to follow the signs for "JR Lines/Narita Express". You will then see a counter and attendant where you may purchase Narita Express Train tickets. Please tell the attendant that you would like to purchase a Narita Express Train ticket to Tokyo Station.

For your information, there are two types of seats available. The first type is a regular reserved seat, approximately ¥3,000/US$25. The second type is a reserved "Green Car" seat, approximately ¥5,500/US$45. There are smoking and non-smoking cars available. All seats on the Narita Express Train are reserved; therefore a ticket is necessary to board. After purchasing your ticket, proceed to the ticket stand and insert your ticket into the ticket machine. Be sure to pick-up your ticket after exiting. Proceed to the train platform and board your assigned train. Narita Express trains leave approximately every 30 minutes to Tokyo Station. The trip takes approximately 55 minutes.

At Tokyo Station, follow the signs for the "North / Marunouchi" exit. Upon exiting Tokyo Station, please take a taxi to Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Depending on traffic, a taxi can cost as less as ¥2,000/US$16 or as much as ¥3,500/US$29. Approximate travel time is 15 minutes depending on traffic. Please tell the taxi driver to take you to Grand Hyatt Tokyo at Roppongi Hills. The name of the hotel and address are written in English and Japanese below.

By Taxi from Narita International Airport
Please exit the arrival terminal and you will see taxis located immediately outside the arrival terminal. Please tell the taxi driver to take you to the Grand Hyatt Tokyo at Roppongi Hills. The approximate cost including toll fares will be ¥20,000-¥35,000/US$166-US$290 depending on traffic. Travel time is approximately 2 hours.
