Participants of the 7th Annual BIO Asia Partnering Conference are required to pay a registration fee.

**Translator Registrants will have access only to breakfasts, luncheons and partnering meetings. The Translator Registrant fee, if applicable, is limited to one person per company.
***Individuals will receive notification from BIO. Presenters are required to pay a registration fee.
BIO reserves the right to publish materials and restrict conference and/or partnering system access.
Registration Policy:
- Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons (based of space availability), and receptions. Everyone must be registered and wearing their name badge on-site to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before January 4, 2010 to receive a refund, except Translator Registrants. A JPY 37,200 cancellation fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received after January 4, 2010, will NOT be honored. Email cancellation requests to bioasia2010@intergroup.co.jp. There will be no refunds for Translator Registrants.
- Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another individual by sending you request to Asia Region Registration Secretariat at bioasia2010@intergroup.co.jp no later than January 5, 2010. Requests after January 5, 2010 will have to be done onsite.
- A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
- Attendees will be required to purchase a replacement badge at the on-site cost of their badge type, if they misplace or lose their original name badge.
