Participants of the 7th Annual BIO Asia Partnering Conference are required to pay a registration fee.

*After registering the first individual at the full conference rate, your company is eligible for the additional attendee rate. Please send an e-mail to bioasia@bio.org to request a unique registration code number for each additional individual from your company. BIO will e-mail a unique registration code number for each additional individual to register via the Web form only.

BIO reserves the right to publish materials and restrict conference and/or partnering system access.
Registration Policy:
- Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, and receptions. Everyone must be registered and wearing their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before January 4, 2010 (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) , to receive a refund. A $395 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received after January 4, 2010 , will NOT be honored. Email cancellation requests tobioasia@bio.org .
- Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another individual by sending your request to Business Development Registration atbioasia@bio.org no later than January 12, 2010. Requests after January 12, 2010 will have to be done on-site.
- A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
- Attendees will be required to purchase a replacement badge at the on-site cost of their badge type, if they misplace or lose their original name badge.
- Your company must be a BIO member in good standing on or before January 26, 2010, to receive the BIO Member rate.
